Off you go - example

Instead of working on their computers, all the workers were chatting on their phones to their mates for ages. One day their boss, who had a window in his office overlooking the shop floor, took a look out. He saw one person on the phone but thought maybe it was a work related call. The boss went back to his papers but when he looked again he could see that the person was still on the phone. Even when he looked for a third time, the guy was still talking. The boss then got to his feet and went over to him and said "Off you go! Get on with some work". At this, the chap put down the phone and turned to his computer.
