Definition: Completeness or incompleteness. We receive a dataset. We look through it. We realise that it doesn't include everything - it's missing some data. For example, the dataset is of fingerspelling from A to Z. We look through it, seeing that it does have A, B, C and so forth, until we realise that it's missing Q and Z. So we confirm the dataset's incomplete. Now let's say we receive a different dataset. We do the same check, and see that it does have every letter of the alphabet. So the first dataset is incomplete and the second dataset is complete.
