BSL Environmental Science Glossary - Carnivores definition

Definition: Carnivores are animals that only eat meat. These animals eat other animals, and they have a pair of canines at the front of their mouths just like the Serval Cat you can see behind me (see video). Serval Cats are from Africa where they are called Cheetah cats because they look like small Cheetahs. They like to prey on mice and various birds, they can jump 8 feet and take a bird in the air as it takes off.
