Example

If we want to round a number off to either 10 or 20, let's first of all take the numbe 17. That is close to 20 so it would be rounded up to 20. If we take 15, that is in the middle but would be rounded up to 20 also.
The number 12 is not close to 20 and is below 15 so that would be rounded down to 10.
14 would also be rounded down to 10 despite being close to 15 in the middle. 16 is more than 15 so that would go up to 20.
