Will you do anything differently as a result of today's training?

Would have been relevant for my previous job, but not as helpful for my current post as I'd hoped. No fault in the course itself.
It will help me consider the structure of work and how I can scaffold learning for individuals.
Look at assessment of needs re literacy differently. Share info re course with others.
I am leaving with lots of ideas and information which I can use to inform learning and teaching with my target pupil but really all pupils.
Assess pupils understanding of vocabulary using the strategies given. More awareness of which part of the hierarchy of language pupils are at.
Think about specific pupils and their literacy needs.
I will certainly try using CALI with my students.
I will use all the ideas and activities in my class tomorrow!
Try to use the strategies for literacy to help me get basic line for vocab and the ideas using graphic organisers to enhance vocab and comprehension. Also love the paint chart idea.

Good toolkit guides and accessible presentation.
Scaffolding and practical activities.
All excellent :-) I would have liked more about earlier literacy.
Lots of practical activities.
Accessibility of the course content, being able to do activities directly relating to what we were learning.
Practical solutions and resources (Baggie)!! Breakdown of literacy processes. A great day thank you!
Having the notes. It will also be helpful to have hard copies of the power point. Thoroughly enjoyable day - excellent!

All the practical ideas which are easy to implement. Great information about how to take steps backwards when students do not understand.

Not quite what I expected and not specifically useful to me. However, the trainer identified this and signposted me to other materials. Appreciated.
Helpful to know some resources would be available to purchase.
So much info to take in in one day - but glad to hear it all!!
To have the power point notes so we could have written on that.
