Share information with authority teachers and assistants.
Read up more on the content; make parents aware.
Will have the confidence to discuss children's rights with them!
Already referring families to Enquire. May incorporate seeking student's views about support in sessions with older students.
I will be more aware of the rights of my pupils.
Have up to date info for children's rights.
Consider young people's views more when planning a programme to support them.
I feel better able to direct parents to the right place.
I will signpost a parent to the Enquire website.
Be able to advise parents/carers/pupils where to find information and help.

What was best about the course/event?

Good slides - easy to follow.
Networking; information about Enquire as I didn't realise how much they did.
Very informative.
Content and materials.
Level of presentation and length.
Opportunity to network at end/start of presentation.
Knowledgeable presenter.
Clear, well paced.
Useful update to legislation.
Information provision on Enquire services. All information relevant to children with VI.
Learning new information, especially about new laws and services available.
Where to find resources and direct parents.
Learning about different procedures and knowing that I can share the information with families.
Up to date information. Supplementary materials, case studies and how things were resolved/taken forward.

What, if anything, could have been improved about the course?

Size (font) of presentation - too small to read.(4)
Could have been geared more to VI.
More information about the nature of course.
Acoustics; heating.
It would have been good to have case studies related to sensory impairment.
Info re benefits and early years situations.
