Part 2: How can we support learners with CHARGE?

Building on our understanding of this condition examined in part 1, this webinar explored the potential learning characteristics of individuals with CHARGE, and strategies that can support learning and engagement in the classroom and beyond.


Target Audience

Of interest to parents plus those supporting children and young people with CHARGE at home, school, in community activities, etc, ie, teachers of the deaf, teachers of children with visual impairment, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, school staff, and third sector staff.

Presenter

Gail Deuce is a specialist teacher for children who are deafblind/MSI, and also works with children with a single sensory impairment and additional needs. Gail has a wealth of experience in supporting these children and young people in the home and educational settings, working closely with both the family and involved professionals.
