What was best about the course/event?

The assistive technology demonstrations. It's always tricky when demonstrating IT.
Knowledge and practical session to get to know products. Discussing products with colleagues.
Variety of equipment to view.
Finding out about technology that I was unaware of and the possibility of using it in my school.
Good to see lots of different technology.
Good range of technology discussed.
Enjoyed seeing various technologies.
Seeing available technology.
New information on latest technology.
Hardware. Open forum to ask questions, share info.
Good explanations and demonstrations of each piece of technology. Hands on part was interesting.

What, if anything, could have been improved about the course?

More demonstrations and information given by the tech expert, Ruth. Jo kept moving about setting technology up while the other presenter was trying to speak - very distracting. Too much time sitting around waiting on things to load. Idiots guide to using the iPad/commonly available IT would have been great to take away. Lots of the content/key words used were beyond my level. Sadly, this course was not for me.
Tech speak/products unknown so go a bit over my head at times.
More practical activities (stations).
More time for hands on.
Room very warm.
Not enough hands on. Less of a sales pitch. Bit more knowledge about the equipment on show. Time wasted due to 'fiddling'.
Explain things in more detail.
Longer!
