Content
This course will particularly interest anyone supporting children and young people who will be approaching transition. Experienced Teachers of VI children went through the processes and procedures to support the transition of VI children and young people at
- Nursery to Primary,
- Primary to Secondary and
- Secondary to Further Education or Higher Education or the Workplace.
Target audience: Teachers of VI children, classroom teachers and support staff, other professionals and parents
