BSL Chemistry Glossary - medicine - Definition

Medicine comes in a variety of forms - tablets, from a bottle in liquid forms and it is made up of chemicals. If we feel ill a doctor might prescribe medicine for us, or we might get it from the Chemist and there are different ways we might take it (tablets, a spoonful of liquid from a bottle, a nasal spray). Medicines help us get better when we are unwell.
