Lots of lovely ideas. A book I hadn't come across before. A warm friendly presenter.
Really helpful to go through the process of creating a sensory story. So many useful ideas.
Lots of great ideas.
New ideas.
I liked how you were made to look at things differently and that it's not always bad if the symbolisation is not correct because I think it can become a hang up. It was nice to hear the other suggestions from people - because easy to get stuck with what you know. It was good to demonstrate how you can take elements from an old toy and utilise.
It was very informative, and full of great ideas.
Discussion about props not having to be directly related.
The collective vibe.
The presentation was delivered in a very calm, positive and inspiring way. It was engaging to invite suggestions from participants for each page.
Lots of opportunity to collaborate and share ideas. Presented really well.

What, if anything, do you think should have been included?

Children with complex needs, who mouth everything.
It is great that there is a resource list coming out after the presentation.
More resources.
All good.
It was great (2)
It was perfect as it was.
Nothing. (9)
Maybe ideas on how to deliver the story to a group. Should we be speaking the text as they feel the props etc ...
How to resource effectively without buying things ourselves. happy with all the content.
Content was perfect.
Can't think of anything.
Maybe a demonstration of the story in action - but it was fantastic as it was.
Nothing - good to know that you will send a type up of the resources as yes to quick to follow and listen to what is being said.
Slides to show ideas and videos of a sensory story in action.
More pictures of resources.
It was great as is.
Nothing, although a list of other books that work well as sensory stories would be a useful addition.

What other CPD training would you like the SSC to provide?

More relevant training!
Ideas for activities for MSI students.
More sensory experiences for children, Tuff trays, provocations.
Adapting stories for learners with VI.
More collaborative opportunities like this.
Maybe sensory art?
Support pupils with VI at breaktimes - inclusive games and activities.
Anything else related to sensory storytelling
Not sure at this point - you do such a good job of varying your webinars
Anything related to Vision impairment
Examples for children who aren't able for joint attention.
Specific story collections.
I always look out for other practical training that could be used in the classroom.
