I haven't had much experience with severe and complex needs yet in my TVI role so it was really helpful to know the key points to consider for assessment.
I found the information on the assessment tools helpful.

I thought it was the right amount.
It was packed full of some really useful and helpful information.

I think the webinar was excellent and I wish it was mandatory for all classroom teachers in ASN schools.
The photo of the table was blurry. This could've just been my screen. but not sure if it was due to trying to expand a too small image?
I was happy with content.
I think the webinar covered exactly what was set out in the introduction.
Nothing springs to mind - it's always good (I think) to remind us of the day to day stuff that we often forget. Like stop talking and filling the gaps - allow the child opportunity to respond and recognise the effort that might take.
Perhaps in another session the guide would be looked at in more detail. This is a very useful document with a wealth of information!
Some of the slides were not easy to read/ not clear.
Possible video examples? Or real life pictures of different environments.
Maybe a couple of videos of adults working with children or photo examples of contexts or resources. It was an interesting and very comprehensive provision.
For QTVIs it would be useful to have talked about a toolbox of resources to work with complex needs learners with CVI.

What other CPD training would you like the SSC to provide?

I am in England so the more online courses the better. It would help to learn about new IT options as this is advancing rapidly.
Specific examples of how to practically support CYP with CVI to access their environment safely and effectively from a habilitation perspective to provide advice to parents, families and staff etc. I know this will be different for everyone so would be tricky. I have pulled lots of info from this webinar to help support this, but would love to learn all I can to support as many children as possible.
Anything VI specific.
Accessing woodwork with VI pupils in a mainstream environment would be useful. I did my own research on this for accessing the lathe with a blind pupils which I shared with others, but it is a subject I think a lot of VI teachers and PSAs would benefit from.
Using the environment tool to create learning spaces.
Wheelchair Mobility and on-body signing.
In person training in order to network with other teachers.
