BSL AI Glossary - Deep Learning definition

Translation: Neural networks can have few or many layers. Deep learning is when a neural network has many layers stacked together. These deeper networks can carry out more complex processing and learn more detailed patterns which is why they are often used in large-scale AI models. Some inputs are too complex for smaller neural networks, so their predictions may be less accurate. Deep learning networks can learn much more complex relationships between data and handle tasks that require many layers of processing.
