Translation: Model parameters are the numbers that store what a model has learned and determine how it behaves. Each connection in a neural network has a numerical weight, and these weights represent the strength of the connection between neurons. A layer of neurons also contains additional parameters, which adjust the input by adding or subtracting a value before the neuron produces its output.
