Really useful sessions on cochlear implants, assistive tech and how to advocate for our boy.
Be an advocate for our son and push for the best care.
Look into radio aids.
Do more Ling sounds, don't be too hard on ourselves, ask more questions.
So much! Looking at BSL, talking to our Local authority. Improving our child's headband for hearing, changing my mindset towards 'deaf', ie, it's not something to be fixed.
Try to keep hearing aids in longer.
