Hearing how others are tacking the same issues.
Listening to how other councils are interpreting the guidelines.

Connecting with other ToDs (2) and getting a picture of what is happening across Scotland, which is extremely useful.
The presenter was terrific at keeping the discussion going and making sure everyone felt part of the meeting.

Supporting children remotely, what is the best technology to use?
Continue to allow platform for discussion.
How peri services allocate support to pupils.
More on this same topic for parents of deaf children with a panel including an education lawyer such as Iain Nisbett?
Anything, it's all good. Early Years support when doing it remotely would be grand.
Anything deaf related.
How was your experience of accessing the course via Collaborate? 4/5
How would you rate the webinar technology? 3.8/5
I was on Zoom, so there were lots of issues with Collaborate.
Sound quality was very poor at the beginning and occasionally at other times during the event (3).
Sometimes speaker were echoing but clearly to do with connection rather than platform.
Initially, the audio was only working intermittently but this was resolved.
It worked well.
