Have a greater understanding of cCMV and journey the children on my caseload have gone through.
More awareness of other difficulties a child might have due to cCMV and not just hearing loss.
Be much more aware of CMV in my interactions.

For me the sound was very quiet which I haven't experienced before on Teams. It might have been a problem at my end.
I wasn't sure who was in the audience.
