This webinar explored two different approaches for the use of speech to text in educational settings.

The synchronous approach using 'Caption Connect' captioning software in schools is currently being developed by a team based in Northern Ireland.

The asynchronous approach is used by students who attend the University of Edinburgh.

Both presentations explored the benefits and challenges experienced.
