Utilise testbox more - use hearing simulation mode in training and in initial visits.
Start using the testbox now that it has been introduced to me.
Test hearing aids and radio aids using a testbox. Try to get management to buy a testbox!

Use test box more regularly to sheck aids especially when issues arise. Use testbox to check Roger systems.

What was best about the webinar?

Practical nature and having experts there.
I thought all of it was very useful, especially the hands on practical sessions.

More time needed.
Perhaps run it over 2 days. The pace was fast for one day, yet manageable. Two days would allow for greater depth.
It was difficult to hear and understand one of the presentations.
