Keep up to date with new technology.
Yes - ask my pupils to use their mics to talk into to hear their own voices and sign up for the Phonak webinar.
Discussion with Audiologist re: new Marvel hearing aids.
Looking into the new Marvel hearing aids and how this will affect us. The presenter is always wonderful to listen to!
Knowledge and practical understanding will impact practice.

What was best about the course/event?

Collaboration.
The clear answers which the presenter always does so well.
Learning from others' expertise.
The presenter is so passionate and a fountain of knowledge, I always sign up to his webinars even if I don't have any questions.
It gave me some idea of dealing with a hearing impaired pupil's hearing aid(s).
The presenter was very clear and thorough in answering questions.

What, if anything, could have been improved about the course?

The presenter's camera working (2).
I was unable to find supplementary materials.

Any comments on the technical aspects

It's just a bit slow sometimes but then everyone is trying to access ...
Obviously it sometimes has glitches, e.g. sound coming and going, cameras not working, but overall it's the best way to get round these difficult times.
I would have liked to see a video of the speaker.
I could only hear voices but did get used to just listening.
