What was best about the session?

Being reminded of the things I already know while adding in some things I hadn't thought about.
Information about nature and how to build that into daily routine.
The focus of using what you have and not over thinking things. Keeping things simple and following the learners lead is vital.
The slides.
Hugely informative and engaging.
The ideas and the clear presentation of each section.
Ideas re outdoor sensory circuits.
New ideas about sesory circuits and resources that don't cost a fortune too.
The sensory circuits presentation was especially interesting I have a special interest in early movement programs and I love the idea of taking the circuits outside.
Lots of good advice regarding inclusion.
Knowledgable and enthusiastic staff!!!
Clarifying about hot to adapt a sensory circuit.
Ideas for sensory circuits.
The detailed input regarding Sensory Circuits was very clear and informative.
We run sensory circuits in our dinner hall area so having some sessions outside sounds a great idea to try next session.
Great knowledge and passion :)
Lots of detailed examples of how to use the information being presented.
Clear slides. Very articulate speakers.
Super take-away information in the form of acronyms (FROST, STEP)
As a setting that already has a big focus on outdoor learning and ensures children access various outdoor spaces daily, it was good for the benefits of this to be highlighted for others. Sensory circuits were interesting as we provide experiences along these lines for children however moving forwards will think about each section and ensuring we meet the sensory needs of each.
Lots of ideas on how to structure sessions and given food for thought as well as spark new ideas for development. Introduced me to a new charity/learning group that never heard of before. Also showing that lots can be done without having specialist equipment etc. Gave how to structure.
Hearing about sensory circuits.
It gave me insight into a job I do well and all the things and experiences I offer to early years children.
Supported to make our outdoor spaces more inclusive.
Research info and practical ideas.
Lots of practical ideas.
Ideas, links.
Considering sensory circuits outdoors.

What, if anything, do you think should have been included?

I would have liked some information on how to make outside space inclusive for children with sensory impairments inc hearing and vision.
Perhaps some example routines or links to visuals.
Would have been lovely to have seen a little video clip of it in action.
List of possible resources.
Videos of children using a circuit would be really useful to see the ideas.
I think it was excellent I am wondering whether we might consider you for a presentation at the Hab conference in Birmingham.
List of projects!
Some ideas for students with PMLD
Image examples, tasks in a visual format.
This webinar covered so much! Thank you.
Some picture examples of well adapted outdoor spaces would have been brilliant just to get a visual idea of what was talked about.
Nothing really. Covered it all well, gave me plenty of ideas.
This was a great introduction and probably would need a follow up session to cover more.
Maybe slightly longer to speak about the sensory circuits as this section felt quite rushed. Ideas of activities/experiences that can be set up in outdoor spaces for children to access freely. Maybe a little more on funding available as working in a Nursery, budgets are a constant limitation for making improvements to our outdoor space.
Can't think of anything - unless you consider looking at elements in more depth but then that would have to curtail other content.
Some more ideas for specific activities targeted for pupils with complex learning difficulties. Tips for creating risk assessments for pupils with little awareness of danger, pre-verbal pupils etc.
ASN expertise enhanced the webinar but enjoyed all of the content.
Perhaps a starter list of possible sensory circuit activities outdoors.

What other CPD training would you like the SSC to provide?

ASN - specific training.
It's lovely hearing how other people use their settings and sharing good ideas.
Continue with the diverse range of webinar trainings please - thank you!
More specifics about adaptations and considerations for specific sensory needs with outdoor learning/ sensory circuits - Vision, hearing and physical for example.
More training on sensory circuits, both indoors and outdoors (working in Orkney we sometimes have to use indoor spaces for safety in the Winter!) Maybe something about making your current outdoor space readily accessible for children with complex ASN, who find self direction difficult.
As I have said before (or think I have) - I think you are doing an amazing job in relation your series of Webinars. Inclusion and diversity.
More of the same but in person to see examples
