Use of specialist resources.
I have some new resources/ideas to explore with my learners.
Setting a weekly life skill challenge for some of our pupils.
I've noted down resources to share with colleagues.
It has been great to compare what other colleagues are doing and has confirmed me in my recognition of what should be good practice in very strange circumstances.
I have started to research Wakelet for using with our families.
Look into different resources mentioned.
I'll remember that there are many different ways to be a QTVI.
Explore ILS activities for home during lockdown.
Support from colleagues across Scotland.
The positive, solution-oriented focus!
Sharing ideas with colleagues.
Meeting up with colleagues, although remotely, was a lovely social experience. It was also good to share ideas with those in exactly the same position with the same challenges.
Hearing from colleagues across Scotland and sharing ideas.
There was a mix of new ideas, technology and being able to network.
No technology glitches.
Sharing with other practitioners.
Sharing of ideas.
Nothing, it was well run and very helpful.
More participants talking but that is up to them and all were encouraged to speak.
Perhaps if more people joined in, but if it went on any longer than an hour some people may lose interest. It's a tricky balance to strike.
Nothing.

Technology, braille, CVI, visual processing. We are so impressed with your work in this and really appreciate the support.
It's a bit overwhelming just now as due to the lockdown I seem to be getting bombarded with CLPL activities. I think the SSC providing a range of activities over a period of time is fine. I think the regular slot is a good idea then everyone knows when they are and people can dip into what they want or not as the case may be.
How was your experience of accessing the course via Collaborate? 4.7/5
How would you rate the webinar technology? 4.8/5
It was good to have the test link in advance - it took me quite a while to work out that there were buttons and menus in Collaborate as they were icons rather than text, so the chance to take that time was helpful!
A great way to keep in touch and easy to use.
User friendly
it was better than I expected.
I found it easy to access and operate. Everything seemed to have been done for me.
