Technology issues but that can't really be helped when internet lets us down.
More hands-on approaches to social skills, looking beyond the class and school settings involvement from other organisations who can offer support which extends into home and social life.

Seemed to be quite a few issues with connectivity this week. It can become quite distracting.
The sound had a mind of it's own at times. I could follow that was happening everything though.
Volume was coming and going. Visuals as well.
Sound and visuals very poor.
Sound was unreliable which made it difficult to follow the conversation. We were asked to switch off our cameras which made it additionally difficult when the sound was lost.
The moderator lost connection. The sound broke up when discussions took place. The video connection was poor too. It made it difficult to follow the thread of discussion.
The sound quality wasn't great during the webinar.
