• Support at times of transition
• Information and sign posting
• Home visits
• Habilitation services and use of accessible technology
• Family events
• Activity sessions for all age groups
• Workshops for parents and professionals

Clare Sweeney from Visibility Scotland shared some practical examples of how Visibility Scotland can support children and young people with visual impairment and those with visual impairment and complex additional support needs.
