A few new relaxation techniques to try with specific children
Understand better how to control my emotions when I am feeling anxious or stressed
More aware of my own anxiety and others - recommend ways of managing anxiety
Re read and reflect on the Slides. Follow up reading

What was best about the course/event?

Clear, good content, opportunities to share ideas etc
The content was relevant for pupils and adults as everyone is struggling!
The dialogue with other professionals.
Opportunity to see contributions of others

What, if anything, could have been improved about the course?

I thought, since visual and hearing impairment was in the course title, that this would be a much bigger focus than it actually was.
The timing - I am timetabled to 3.35 on a Thursday.
Interaction is limited when it's typing Feedback.

Any comments on the technical aspects

I had to listen on my phone and watch on my laptop as I couldn't get access to sound.
Getting access on Work Laptop was a problem.
