Will you do anything differently as a result of today's training?

Would love to share everything which was covered in the webinar with colleagues
Main things I know what has to be done, now I will try, not sure how much I will be capable of without support.
Take time to switch off.
Create boundaries for self and discuss with students to help them do the same.
Be more aware of the need to STOP at the end of the working day.
Change from task based to time based planning.
Switch off work email alerts, say no more often and set work boundaries.
It certainly made me think about my own well being and gave me some strategies I could use.
Set my boundaries more clearly, and stick to them!
I got some good ideas that I will try to incorporate to reduce stress.
Changing how I prioritise my work to ensure I get a good work-life balance.

What was best about the course/event?

Sharing experiences. Tips about improving mindset.
To see, that you are not alone in your struggle.
The content.
Lots of practical examples with factual elements added plus supplementary reading.
That the presenter was so knowledgeable, being able to share additional reading/authors we might find interesting.
The presenter was encouraging and approachable. It was easy to be honest and ask questions.
Good interaction.
Hearing from other teachers and realising it's not just me that has feelings of self doubt and experiencing stress.
It was run by a professional who knew her material, had her own personal experiences to draw upon to back up research. I also felt her referring to and discussing our chat room contributions was good as we could share good practice with colleagues online.
Sharing ideas with other people in same profession.
Opportunities to have open and honest discussions via chatbox.

What, if anything, could have been improved about the course?

Longer time, slower presentation, more conversational style.
As a webinar it was good and paced well.
Initially I felt the pace was too slow but over the session I realised that I am usually at full speed and need to slow down once in a while!
Making it a little longer to fit everything in.
Nothing - it was excellent - more webinars like this would be good. Will we be sent the slides from the powerpoint?
Nothing! It was 1 of the best webinars I've attended, and I've attended a lot of webinars during lockdown.
More interactivity but I can see why this is tricky with the medium.

What other CPD training would you like the SSC to provide?

This was really valuable. More mental health related training will be essential for all after the past year.
It's easier for myself to choose from list.
Continue providing updates on equipment use which is very valuable.
More of the same or similar well-being themed.
It's already provided a comprehensive list so I cannot currently think of anything additional.
