Questions About CVI? – Join us for this "Ask the Panel" event for teachers and habilitation staff.

Are you a teacher, working with a child or young person with CVI? Do you find it challenging to explain what CVI is to colleagues and parents? Do you wonder if you are offering the correct advice or suggesting the correct strategies for children and young people with CVI on your caseload/in your class? Or do you just want to learn more about this ever evolving field?

The panel consisted of:

  • Prof. John Ravenscroft who works closely with CVI Scotland, and publishes on CVI.
  • Elizabeth McCann, QTVI who has experience of supporting children and young people with CVI in both mainstream and special schools.
  • Roisin Scrimshire, Habilitation Officer based in North Ayrshire shared strategies that she has used successfully when teaching habilitation to children and young people with CVI.
  • This webinar started with a short presentation, but was predominantly questions and discussion with participants and panellists.

    Participants said:
