No, it encouraged me to keep doing what I am doing.
I would be interested in further webinars on eye conditions
Investigation more visual assessments
Information received will support me in my work.
Yes, I will be further exploring the perceptual assessments shared by presenters and hopefully add them to my assessment "toolbox."
I have done the training on the CVI Range and have been sceptical about some of the claims. Many thanks to Professor Ravenscroft for confirming my anxieties about this so that
I can confidently approach this with more confidence with my colleagues who have been thinking the CVI Range is wonderful. I will be cautious in my use of the CVI Range. I have been particularly concerned that the CVI Range claims to improve the vision of all children with CVI as they work through the phases. Would have preferred to have done Professor Ravenscroft's CVI course but sadly I did not have a choice. If at all possible I would like to know more about Professor Ravenscroft and Professor Dutton's views on the CVI Range.
No
Will further investigate some of the tools mentioned for assessment of children with/suspected to have CVI.
Feel like I'm keeping up to date with CVI, more confident when speaking to mainstream colleagues and parents.
Since the webinar I have researched assessments and books discussed, to inform my work.
Have a better understanding of CVI
Listening to the questions and answers.
I found the comment from Roisin about using a sequence of photos to remember a route really interesting.
Reassuring to hear we I am already familiar with most of it and am already using most as often isolated and can feel losing touch with new practice when so busy, good to hear a few new bits to investigate further.
Access to experts in the field.
The candidness of presenters. There are a lot of unfounded opinions in the field of CVI with generalizations around information that is not supported by research. I appreciated the emphasis on research and the need for valid and reliable means of assessment and linked teaching strategies.
Clarification on the CVI Range. I have been a QTVI for many years so reasonably familiar on the other things that were presented about CVI.
Clarification of processes when working with children and talking about pace and timing.
Access to expert advice/knowledge from others working in the field of CVI. Great to have the opportunity to raise questions beforehand.
Getting up to date information about CVI.
Interesting range of questions, very informative.
Clear authorative answers.
It was fine, no issues.
It was a great webinar interactive and very interesting questions.
1 hour for CVI is never long enough!
Can't think of anything.
Nothing, it was great.
I know its difficult for professionals to criticise other professionals work, but knowing which parts of the CVI Range are okay and which parts we should be careful of such as colour preference would be very useful.
Found it really useful. Getting access to the recording will allow me to go back and check for parts that I hadn't grasped all the information in real time.

I would like some training on assessing contrast sensitivity for use with Hab/Rehab.
More of the same.
Would love to learn more about CVI-related research!
Happy to consider attending any training.
How would you rate the webinar technology? 4.6/5
No issues, easy to use.
Sound quality at times was poor but not sure if that was my own technical issues.
All worked well. hadn't used that system before but it was easy to work out and worked well.
Very smoothly run and a good pace - well done all.
Late in logging in, my own fault!
