Content

The aim of this event was to discuss practice in creating Large Print and/or braille materials for children and young people with visual impairment. Attendees took the opportunity to discuss and share what works well in their own setting.

This event was not for teachers of visual impairment who wish to learn about good practice in adapting resources - that will be addressed in a separate course in the future.

The morning addressed issues around production of Large Print materials and the afternoon discussed braille. Participants came to either the morning or afternoon sesssion or attended both sessions.
